If your LeakPro purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within one month (30 days) of purchase. To return an item, the item must be new and unused. Returns must be sent via mail, and LeakPro will cover the shipping cost of the returned product(s). 

As long as the above return policy is followed, the LeakPro team will gladly issue refund less a $250 restock fee. We will return the funds the same way that you paid for the items originally or via a company check within 14 days from receipt of the product.

2. A team member will prepare and provide a return shipping label via email. 
3. Print the return label and adhere it to your package.
4. Drop the package off at your nearest UPS location.
